Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Basically your opinion and mine are obsolete until we see the CFP panel make their ranking on the teams…pretty simple this board has talked all week on this and going off of AP polls and coaches polls is very ignorant
I don't think anyone is guaranteeing one way or the other. However, with that said, @UTK brings up some very good points per what the committee will be judging. We had a TERRIBLE loss against Arkie. If we don;t win out, it will cost us. It's yet to be seen if it costs us an appearance in the playoff, but it will cost us. Especially with the horrible state that our SoS turned out to be this year.

At the end of the day, we win out or sweat. That's almost without sane argument.

Guarantee we will get in at 10-2.

Put my stamp on it and will bet any amount very happily like candy from a baby 😁

If there not going to bring back the beer barrel, they need to get rid of the "world's largest cocktail party" too. I know they don't call it that anymore but we all still know what that game is called. 😏

*It's been an unfair advantage forever that Ga/fla get to play a neutral site game. Get rid of neutral site, in conference, games Sankey.

It’s also just the other conferences more than anything. I like our chances at 10-2 stacked up against Bama at 10-2 because of the head to head vs Bama but how many spots will there be for the sec? and how do we stack up against other possible 10-2 sec teams? Real possibility the Big 10 takes up 3 spots and ND takes up 1. ACC could take up 2. A G5 team is gonna take up 1. Big 12 may even get 2 in. It’s gonna be dicey.
