Pretty disappointed in the College Football Playoff poll. Went away from what they did in the past which was looking at resume. At least people on the show called out the weak resume Penn St and the Texas.

For which team?

Our resume isn't great outside of Bama. We got quite a lot of respect for beating a bunch of ~.500 teams by 10 or fewer pts.

Vandy game will help us. Miss St won't.

College football playoff poll paid too much attention to the AP poll this year

Many argued as such to the lead up, as almost all the predictors had IU in the top 5...6.

There's no doubt anchoring bias will always occur.

Our best win is against the team that's in the first playoff rankings. If we get the Texas treatment a 3 point Vandy win should move us to 5 if we can play UGA within 3 scores.

Quality Wins used to be the key criteria for this poll.

Yeah definitely better than past years. Be curious how they do against top competition.

She will have a nice returning roster next year to build on.

Ruby, Latham, Spearman, Cooper, Boyd is a solid core.

Using that logic, take away osu’s win against penn state and their resume is . Take away oregon’s win against osu and there’s is too. Who has texas beaten? Who has penn state beaten? Who has indy beaten?

I agree any CFP ranking will have anchoring bias to any prior polls...AP or coaches. Human nature.

Lol Oregon has also beaten #12 BSU and pummeled other conference opponents outside of OSU.

I agree with Penn St. I could see them swapped with Indiana even. Many had them higher.
