And yet we're ranked...7th?

Most predicted us 8th to 10th and people are upset we aren't any higher than our AP ranking at 7th...despite us not beating a single SEC team so far by more than 10?

Jmo but we should be quite happy. We've skated by since the 2H vs OU, including needing an OT win vs a bad UF team. Needing to comeback vs UK. Loss to Arky.

And yet...just keep winning baby. Beat Miss St and Vandy and we'll make our way in. Vandy is the key game now, at worst. But I think we give UGA a game. Very vulnerable.

Florida was driving to tie the game late in the 4th quarter with a walk on, and UGA scored because they returned an interception to the 4 yard line.

My point is that Georgia is not a juggernaut. Should have lost to UK (overturned pick 6), got beat by Bama, and struggled against Florida.

I agree with Penn St. I could see them swapped with Indiana even. Many had them higher.

Touche on the bsu. Most contending teams dont have 2 good or great wins atm. Its disingenuous to marginalize Tennessee’s wins outside of bama when most contenders are in the same boat as us. Hell, texas/psu/indy dont have any top 25 wins. Byu has 2, they should be higher.

Yeah definitely better than past years. Be curious how they do against top competition.

She will have a nice returning roster next year to build on.

Ruby, Latham, Spearman, Cooper, Boyd is a solid core.

With this style they will likely beat someone they aren't supposed to , but when shots aren't falling they will lose a few where they are significantly favored. DW did his homework. picking an a coach with an entertaining system. Not trying to beat USCe at their own game.

Some of the best times I've had on here were during coaching searches (Grudenmania). I still enjoy reading/posting with you all but the "hope" years were special, IMO.

TB had a post CFB playoff discussion just now. They pointed out the teams who are currently 5-8 and set to host. All have 100k stadiums. Imagine Indiana hosting a game with basically half of that. I’m sure they’re considering these things.
