Note the Flag....

The flag is there because we have a photogenic flag. Hollywood loves using it and if you ever look at the other state flags it’s not a surprise why TN and TX get used as much as they do.

I mean it's an interesting situation...

We scored 25 and had 345 total yards against OU on the road
We scored 14 and had 332 total yards against Arkansas on the road

What I think NO ONE is talking about that could be in our favor, they've not played a home game since October 12th and we'll be their 4th of the season. They're already sitting at 2 losses and just got rolled at Ole Miss. Good chance their fans/crowd are pretty apathetic for this one.
No fan base is apathetic when Tennessee rolls into town during football

Were the most hated team and fans in America it seems especially when we’re good

Pearce has to feast. Offense has to do no harm. 21-17 Vols.
This is the way I see it as well. Everyone is focusing on whether Nico plays or not, I don't think that it has that much bearing on us winning or not. Fact is, most of Georgia's weaknesses match very poorly against our strengths. Georgia's o-line is bad and they can't really run the ball or protect, Our front 7 is our front 7 (or 5 or 6 much of the time hopefully) and will have their way.
Georgia's secondary has been terrible. Our receivers have had little trouble getting open and we should be open all day long on Saturday and either NI or GM if given time should find them. Games aren't played on paper and anything could happen, but on paper we look pretty good.

4 looooooooong years
Oh yeah. My oldest will be 14, middle 12, and the boy 9.

Already asking questions. Told them to make their own minds up, about who they feel best person is based on their own standards. Not what society, friends, or other people tell you.

Find. the. info. Think about it, and decide.

It's not about the actual running. It's now a true freshman trying to nail protections vs our front 7. Good luck with that.
If the Dogs are depending on any back to do more than plug a leak occasionally then they are in trouble for sure. I doubt you'll see Beck sitting back in the pocket much, they will roll him out, which will help cut down on reads as well which has struggled with lately. If they don't he'll be a dead man.

Bobo going pass happy, will play into our favor tremendously
And he really has no choice but go heavy pass. They will try a lot of quick passes to the flat as a substitute for a running game. Pressure Beck, make him make quick reads, and run it back to the house.

UT - 22
Ole Miss - 10

The Vols traveled to Jackson to face the Rebels in front of 35,000. At 3-5, and playing the #20 team in the country, a winning season and bowl game looked bleak. But, UT played their most complete game of the season. Trailing 10-9 with about 12 minuets left, Jeff Francis hit Joey Clinkscales on a 38 yrd TD. On the next Rebel play, Terry McDaniel intercepted an Ole Miss pass at midfield. Nine plays later, William Howard scored from the three to secure the 22-10 victory. Howard’s TD was the first rushing touchdown Ole Miss had given up in 18 quarters. The Vols finished with a 7-5 record and a Liberty Bowl win.

I listened to that game on the radio. No TV for this one. I remember only because my mom was standing in the living room yelling at the stereo, and I, 13 at the time, asked her what she would do if I went to Ole miss... Then she yelled at me. 😂

We wound up attending that liberty bowl game against Minnesota... Good times.

Man Boo has exceeded all expectations. He’s basically an all conference player at the star position from day 1. Now Heup trust him on PR, enjoy the Eric Berryish career the next three.
I agree he is a special talent. He would have started for us last year probably as our best cover guy. The first time I saw him, as a freshman in high school, I said this kid is Eric Berry and Peerless Price all in one. During the uproar last offseason over losing our secondary, Boo was the first thought I had when I was talking a buddy back from the ledge. When Boo did not immediately start at corner, I really knew we had some dudes back there.
