Think issue is that, SOC SEEMS to be an abstract concept. What does it mean? Well, it can only mean one thing. That's what BCS got right.

One other point by keeping the B10 teams at the top and SEC below them, means the playoff games will be in the north and Midwest, cold weather games. Committee doing everything to favor B1G.

That won't matter. If Georgia played State Penn in Antarctica during a cold snap they would give them a body cavity search and make them pay for the gloves.

I personally liked the BCS, it got it right a vast majority of the time. I remember people saying that they wanted more of the "human element." Well they got it, idiocy and corruption are human elements.

I still can't talk football, but I have one thought. I want to get in, but i have limited confidence against the better offenses if we do get in. Something has to give with our offense or we truly don't have a strong case either.

Throw rocks, but they broke my belief in them anywhere other than at home. Too fragile on O.

I'm gonna need some positive juju prior to Vandy too. Focusing on refilling for that.

I was gonna do Dyson for defensive player of the year, but they 100% giving it to Wemby, so I decided on most improved, which he is.

I like them other than “most improved” I looked them up and J Williams for OKC and Jalen Johnson for ATL have better overall stats across the board..what made you go with Dyson?…I’d be hesitant personally on J Williams because he plays for OKC they get zero tv exposure so Williams is kinda in the dark on that one..do they do these awards by fan vote?..

Carl Johnson picked off a Bernie Scruggs pitchout, and returned it 87 yrds for a touchdown, securing the 21-7 victory. Johnson’s td was one of seven interceptions returned for TDs during the ‘71 season.

Is possible, but we may need another team or 3 to stumble to overcome some media bias. Root for teams to win that we may have never rooted before. It’s what we need to support our team, our coaches, and our very way of life.

I am not going to waste any energy on rooting for other teams. I believe we get in and we play Neuter Lame first round. It's the script.

Unfortunately for UTEP, the committee cited Alabama beating Mercer as being a deciding factor for some reason. So the only option now for us it to absolutely beat the dog**** out of UTEP because that apparently matters now.

Call me a nega all you want.
But I saw a prediction of us getting in and playing OM rd 1.
I know a lot of people want that matchup, and I get why but that's a terrible matchup. With their pass rush our O line would have to make massive strides for us to have a chance against them.

Ya, we're not a top tier team, but getting in the playoffs matters.

And luckily some other non top tier teams are in, so if we can squeak by a Penn state type team who isn't a top tier team either, maybe we can go pound Boise. Anything can happen on a neutral site once we get by the road spot.

Another food for thought: what if BYU and CU wins out? Would the Big12 get 2 teams in and we not get in?

I think that BYU and Colorado should be in over an undefeated Tennessee, even if they both lose out.
