Me too. I’m probably the last generation to grow up without high speed internet for the most part. But I grew up in such a rural area that that part of SC still doesn’t have cable internet to this day lol.

Dude i remember keeping up with recruiting on scout waiting for the dial up to load…couldn’t wait to see who committed…I’m 32 now so it’s came a long way…

I'm all for it because it's PSU and jf, but these refs have really helped Oregon all night. That missed lineman downfield was just one of many. The big ten has clearly been hanging out with the SEC, male sure the top team gets all the calls.

I don’t know about a favorite but I can tell you my least favorite is easily the cfp committee and their selection “process”

I’m 28. I had to go to my grandmas every weekend to play Xbox live or RuneScape or follow anything internet related.

Grateful now since those things couldn’t suck me in, but at the time I sure hated it lol

So, the rule this year is no 3-loss teams unless it's Bama. Bama could have a losing season, and they'd still argue Bama needs to be included.

Bama is already ranked 8th in the 2025 Playoff Rankings.

New York City in the 70s and 80’s is an exception that immediately comes to mind. Detroit in the same era too.

Got a lot of good music from those cities. NYC gave us a ton until LA took over the music scene in the 80s with hair metal and Pop. But as for Detroit.. Even 80s new Jack swing groups I like were heavily influenced by Motown. New edition, Alexander O’Neal, Troop, etc.

New Jack was for sure, but the others aren’t. I may be a bit biased because I don’t like country music or hip hop though. That’s most of what the south has created.

Hell, I lost a Dejounte Murray SGP, because of a block (I got greedy). Got my 3's, my boards, my steals, but no block. $20 to win $300, but I get nothing. I feel your pain, even tho your loss was a lot closer than mine
