I'm not worried about weather. And I'm not scared of this game. But it will beat very tough game to win. I think we're a much better version of Michigan inn terms of being physical, and we're more dynamic at the QB.

To me, I'll say it again... Play clean... We can win. If we don't... There's only so much we can get away with if we're shooting ourselves in the foot.

Big ask on the road and at night with our tempo.

But I agree. Play just a hair tad slower, like at Vandy, protect well, and we can win.

Need to win all of the little areas. STs, TOs, disciplined, etc.

DISCIPLINE being the operative word.
gotta play within ourselves. Can’t kill drives with false starts.

We usually commit fewer penalties when we go faster tempo. Making our OL sit in their stance for 30 seconds is when we get in trouble.

Win the lines win the game. Michigan, who could not complete a forward pass, won the lines and won the game. I bet the Buckeyes will try to throw more… but that don’t matter. Better line play wins, barring the normal caveats about turnovers and special teams.

I’m sorry that Beck got hurt. I say this because you’ve always carried yourself respectfully on our board and because I hate to see any kid get hurt, regardless what team they play for. I’m a parent, it changes our perspective. I will not wish your team luck because I’m competitive and hope the dawgs get stomped going into the third round (let’s face it, you go against nobodies). I hope we see your team in the finals, so we can show what the Big Orange can do.

Just win Saturday and we're #1 through 2024.

Then things get BRUTAL. As of right now, 10 ranked games through early March. And even all of the unranked teams, bar USCjr, are 7-2 or better as of now. Yeesh. We certainly won't be lacking in Q1/Q2 opportunities.

I’ll be honest, I was surprised we won tonight. Not because it’s Miami, but because our track record of being #1 isn’t very long…
