WNBA and MLB are not even rhe same zip code on costs. You don't get to say you don't want a Camry because you'd prefer a Bugatti. Lol

Don't attend if you don't like it, but if you are lobbying for another franchise try mentioning arena league or rugby.

Pretty sure the entire team (including coaches and arena) would cost less than two MLB pitchers.

Random, but top 3 teams on On3 have double digit top 150 players (Texas, UGA, Bama)

Teams 4-10 have anywhere between 7-9 top 150 commits. (We have 7)

Florida is below that with 6. They suck, so they get their own tier.

Rays moving to Steinbrenner Field (11,000) for upcoming season as the Tropicana Field roof was ruined by Hurricane Milton. But yeah, they don't get support they should. Too much to do in this area.....

Reminds me of Popeyes chicken sandwich. They had a huge pop from a social media mistake by chick Fila, and they leveraged that to sell a ton of new franchises....most of which are losing money now that the Popeyes flash in the pan has passed.

I’d rather they put the money into NIL getting and keeping better players in all sports at UT.

The article stated that Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are going to be part of the Ownership. Bridgestone Arena is where the team would play the basketball games.


Interesting that Bill Haslam is going to be majority owner of Predators as well.

Ratings may be down but that new 11 year $76 billion dollar T.V. contract NBA just signed says they will be just fine..
