I just thought it was funny that you had a whole scenario of what was said to Jordan Matthews and stated that Seldon was already behind Morris on the depth chart in a matter of fact way.

He played four years at UT and graduated. He took his extra COVID year elsewhere because the guy just needed a fresh opportunity on and off the field for his last season and we all know he needed to get away from the negativity from our fans. I don't fault him at all. That guy doesn't stick around to take the physical and mental beating he received at UT for four seasons if he didn't absolutely love UT. He's a VFL.

The Non-Human Intelligence has started their process of revealing themselves to humanity. It’s a long process. Will take months or even years. They start by appearing as things we can understand and recognize, but slightly bizzare (drones, aircraft etc) . And they will continue to spread out and change more and more towards their true nature, slowly over time, so it doesn’t create extreme distress and ontological shock.

It’s a slow process for whatever will ultimately come.

JG was a super good, nice kid who every player loved who took it VERY hard when the fans turned on him. Extremely sad situation, especially considering his problems may not have even been his own as his coaches were all garbage

One of the times I was least proud to be a Vols fan.

I'm sure he was a good kid, and I, too, regret how he was treated. And his coaches were garbage. But he lost me when he fumbled on that Bama goal line play where he pulled the handoff to the RB and tried to score himself. One of the most bone-headed plays in Vols history. My rage that day was Incredible Hulk level. And an angry Yeti, though a rare sight, is not to be trifled with.

i think letting cam seldom walk is a mistake

He was a wide receiver in high school. 6’2, 222 lbs, 4.40 forty. I was surprised that they never used him on wheel routes out of the backfield.

One of the times I was least proud to be a Vols fan.

And I will say, JG is that rare exception of a player who started at Tennessee and finished his career elsewhere that does deserve the VFL label. Most who transfer, I don't think they deserve. But that kid went through hell. He deserved a better coach and better treatment from the fans. Tennessee failed him more than he failed Tennessee.

Seeing the post I guessed we had 40 bluechips. We have 41 vs the top teams at almost 70 and lagging the NDs, PSUs of the world by a dozen or more.

And this gap is about to close significanctly in the next class and 2.

Only "no-good wins Indiana" has less at their disposal as a P5 non-conf champion. As I've said repeatedly, we're just getting started.

Need to win a few more of these turn-the-corner games like this one vs OSU and get bunch of guys drafted, and things could really take off.

I didn't say Seldon was already behind Morris. Might want to triple check that. I said Seldon was CURRENTLY 4th, which he is, "with Morris coming in too". I just didn't say Sampson because I didn't think that needed to be said.

Also, what was said to Matthews had somewhat been discussed by people in the know. He didn't perform up to the amount he'd been getting paid. My understanding was "take a paycut or leave" was the basis of that convo with him.

I'd like to move on though. Not having a great day personally.

We’re cutting it too. We already get all of our shows through plex/torrents and now we’re just gonna add an IPTV service for sports and other live tv events. There are some drawbacks but nothing that saving ~$70/month won’t fix.

Wouldn’t say every player loved him… but it was extreme and over the top from the fanbase
