On3 High School football power rankings–

This is mostly just a heads up to anyone that may be interested but unaware of this feature of the On3 web operation.

Brentwood academy scrimmaged Pearl-Cohn on August 9th, winning 31-14. GMac had 2 TD passes.

Massey high school ratings, which is now under the On3 umbrella, currently has Pearl-Cohn at #22 in the state of Tennessee and Brentwood Academy at #10. Click on the state for full rankings.

This is Brentwood Academy’s schedule with the current Massey state ranking for each team noted.



As the high school season unfolds it might be informative to use On3’s Massey ratings to get an idea of how the evaluators at On3 might see the matchups. You can switch between states or look at national rankings. The rankings are like FPI or SP+, only for high school. For example, in Georgia Buford is ranked #12 in the state after getting knocked off in week 1 by #1 ranked Milton 13-10. Travis Smith at #27 Westlake put up his monster numbers against #5 ranked Langston Hughes. That seems all the more impressive to me. jmo.

Henry was a Parade All-American and "Mr. Florida Football" as a running back at Frostproof Middle-Senior High School. As a senior for the Bulldogs football team, he rushed for 4,087 yards and 42 touchdowns in 14 games.

Interesting. I wasn't impressed with Karic last year but he probably has more talent than Lampley. I was hoping Sham would take it to another gear and win that job.

I hope this is true once the season begins. Playing all 4 safeties (Dre, Brooks, Slaughter, and Thomas) would be a good look.

I’m not sure how anyone can read the practice reports and not want the staff to swing hard for another Safety.

I do not understand the jonesing for another tailback.

You want another OT? Ok, I understand that.
A talented DL comes available? Ok, fine.

But a RB over a Safety? No….

I think now you go laser target your guys in top 25 players in Country. No more projects. No more taking guys just to take em, cause you can coach em up. That can be done with schollie increases.

Go get the absolute best, you have a real chance to get a top 5 class.

Question: what methods are y’all using to view/post on here? I’ve been using the mobile site on my phone but its pretty bad. Sometimes the page refreshes when I’m posting a reply and deletes what I say or sometimes I don’t see replies in my notifications until hours after someone quotes me among other issues. I’ve tried the desktop site before on my PC but I’m not usually around a PC to ever utilize it.

Have you cleared your cache? I’m on mobile and clearing my cache fixes that issue.

I don't know why, but my keyboard closes about halfway through typing a comment for some reason. It's been doing that for a long time. I've never had it completely refresh the page though.
