IU tends to have explosive tendencies on offense, so I wouldn't count them out of it just yet. Plenty of game to go.If IU doesn't score here.. Is it too early to say 'game over'? ND gets the ball at the half so a stop here and any points before the half ends I think puts it out of reach for the Hoosiers.
Neuter Lame sucks too. Has no business being in. They are beating a middle school girls cheer team.I hope all the people who argued for Indiana to be in the playoffs realize that talent matters more than blowing out a bunch of bad teams against a weak schedule.
Indiana has only played two games against teams with top 10 caliber talent rosters and both teams have embarrassed them. Alabama, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Miami should have got in over them. I don't care what Indiana's record was we all knew they lacked the talent to hang with the big boys.
OSU and ND are the only Ds they have played that are credible. This comment is about as credible as their team. Easy to explode against the teams they have played.IU tends to have explosive tendencies on offense, so I wouldn't count them out of it just yet. Plenty of game to go.
But if ND's defense plays as well as OSU did against them, their opportunities will have to be executed at a high level to have a chance. So far, defense is stout.
I agree to a degree...I know Burns did some good work with Tillman, Velus and Payton...I can't see anything at all that Pope has done very well as far as development goes...at least so far.Didn't realize he was let go before Allen.
Still, there is a difference in college and NFL coaching. Golesh thought enough of him to snatch him up when he got the chance. Burns did a great job with Tillman (who he transformed into a different WR), Velus, and Payton. He gets some credit for Hyatt too. And he did a great job with Heupel's WRs at UCF. Pope is the one I question. I'd take Burns back.
Eh..I think this game is over. IU's o line isn't doing anything. They're missing tackles. They're not blocking outside.IU tends to have explosive tendencies on offense, so I wouldn't count them out of it just yet. Plenty of game to go.
