No idea why everyone wants carry water for mediocre SEC programs that controlled their own destiny and performed their way out of the playoff.

it’s not carrying water for them when we watched their games versus B10 teams and Notre Dame. Personally I hate all SEC teams besides UT and glad none of the ones I mentioned are in it, but the eye test against this crap shows the committee blew it. This is supposed to be a lead off game to the playoffs, would you be proud of this matchup if you chose it?

I think your seeing that imbalanced conf schedules matter. And strength of schedule matters. Whatever big ten schedule Indiana played.... Basically a glorified Mac schedule.

The committee rightfully had Bama and Ole Miss ranked to easily sleepwalk into the playoffs, making for 5+ SEC teams. A&M had a shot too.

IU tends to have explosive tendencies on offense, so I wouldn't count them out of it just yet. Plenty of game to go.

But if ND's defense plays as well as OSU did against them, their opportunities will have to be executed at a high level to have a chance. So far, defense is stout.

There were plenty of blow outs and crap games in the 4 team playoffs. Not sure why everyone is freaking out like this is the 1st time it ever happened

Eh..I think this game is over. IU's o line isn't doing anything. They're missing tackles. They're not blocking outside.

Basically.. IU looks out matched in every aspect.

They don't belong with the big boys. They never did. And it's a crime Ohio st is getting credit for beating this imposter.

Just genuinely trying to ask your opinion. Which 12 teams deserve to be in the playoffs.

If you're incapable of just picking out 3 teams to replace 3 current teams, then you're just posturing and BSing. And that's fine too, just say it

Maybe, just maybe, there aren't 12 great or even good teams (according to many people's definitions). That's fine, then YOU just have to accept there will be 3, or however many, teams that aren't up to that level of excellence, in your mind.

But you still have to have 12 teams...obviously. So if you can't even sack up and replace them, then there's no point in whining over what MUST be.
