Recruiting Football Talk VIII

And just like every coach- you’d have to include some type of opt out provision otherwise players won’t sign.
Well, contracts can have a liquidated damages clause if either party wants to break the contract. Some coaches also have a retention bonus if they stay a certain amount of time, but that’s a two way street.

Last Saturday reminded me a lot of some recent championship teams that were first humbled a year or two before winning it all.

UT baseball in ‘21-‘23.

Michigan getting blown out by UGA in ‘22 and then losing to TCU the next year who was blown out by UGA in the next game.

Those teams kept putting themselves in position to win and improved on their deficiencies from previous years. Hopefully UT football does the same the next few years.

Please post "mom's recipe".

*My wife made some yesterday with rotels. They were just ok, not "DANG good". 🤫
It’s bisquik 2 cups, and hot Tennessee pride sausage and two 8oz cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese that you shred inn food processor. Roll them then freezer about 30 minutes then 350!20 minutes in oven.

*thank you!

(That's similar to what my wife did, except she used mild sausage, mild cheddar, and added rotels. The rotels were a mistake. I'll have to try that cracker barrel sharp cheddar.)

Go ahead and throw a raw jalapeño in the blender with the other ingredients. Maybe a habanero too for good luck. 🔥
