Watched the SMU 30 for 30. Interesting that SMU is having a good season since they can legally pay players again. Also, I had a discussion with a colleague about new players like BYU getting involved since it’s legal. BYU being a LDS school probably wouldn’t have been caught paying players because of their religious beliefs, but now they can and will. I’m sure they have some big time boosters that can now feel fine doing so, but I really don’t know. The conversation was really around schools that may now jump up and pay players that are not traditional powerhouses.

The lds church has more money than most COUNTRIES. If those dudes decide to play it’s over.
