I don't think Day and Kelly trusted Howard to play like this...I sure didn't see him throwing this well.

It doesn't matter how great your WRs are if your QB misses them.

They will continue rolling as long as Howard keeps this up.

I hope it’s like BB and baseball, a team gets really hot and if too early, they’ve shot their load, and fizzle. Yes, this is a female saying this, but dang it, it’s sports and I’m allowed.

I don’t really see how you bring Pope back after this. 4 WRs transfer. The others underperformed all year. Public bashing of the coach from the former WR. Be it recruiting, development, or sour apples it just looks bad.

Correct. ASU got soo many things their way. It was embarrassing. But, refs just suck. Humans shouldn't be doing this job, if better than 90% accuracy is being asked, which it is.

That was the best so far. Even tho I was pulling for ASU, F the rest of the SEC, the zebras were really helping them towards the end. BUT lil ut didn’t help themselves.

Watching all these playoff games has me shaking my head at our garbage luck. How did we draw the most talented team in football with multiple guys injured as the 1st round. Trash.

BS seeding system is at the root.

Seed-as-ranked would have had us vs SMU inside Neyland, which it should have been.

That said, Michigan beating OSU really screwed us over too. Total confluence of shiz luck. But the seeding never should have been set up this way, it only was to get buy-in...until they can change it.

This year's playoff format and committee could not have been any worse. The layout with conference champions and bye weeks didn't even sound right when they extended it to 12 teams.

IMO:
Top 8 teams get in
No bye weeks
No automatic bids
Conference championship games count
SOS counts
Use a mix of computers and humans (just no sitting ADs or anyone looking to make money off the games)
