What’s more likely, they changed their scheme, got new players, or the coach changed his attitude? Whatever it is, our team needs to have that attitude. Didn’t watch much Osu before so can’t say for sure. But it seems to me the opening script it very good and they come out very aggressive. So probably a mix of attitude and scheme tweak

They changed their scheme and tendencies. I think Chip Kelly was given free reign after the Michigan loss. With all those weapons they should’ve always been a pass first and misdirection team.

I think Texas can get Will Howard to throw some interceptions. Don’t give him the deep shot or one v one outside. Osu doesn’t want to go up the middle. They look human when they do that. Take a way the perimeter run game. Make them throw into coverage across the middle. If you can take away their easy stuff (runs outside) and big plays and get them running inside and throwing 10-15 yards over the middle you can start disguising coverages and tempt him into passes he shouldn’t make, like that one to the tight end that was completed and I still don’t know how. Give yours ends and safeties (best players) chances to make a play. The interior dline can handle itself.

In addition to making the osu offense play simpler, I think if youre Texas you want this final game score not to exceed 24 points on either side. Keep it low scoring like uga did to you in the seccg and hope you make the least mistakes of the two sides.
