I’ll be honest, I’m fine if we don’t lose any coaches this offseason. Don’t like turnover and I think all 3 losses came down to execution more than anything else.

Players and coaches didn’t execute and we lost. Ohio State was frustrating because Banks seemed completely unprepared for Chip’s changes. The positive was we seemed to adjust, offense I think improves with Nico having a year of film & experience.

I do think banks was lucky to have an elite DL that hid some of his deficiencies, but I agree, I'd rather have some continuity this coming year.

Something on offense needs to improve drastically though, and I'm not sure that can happen if you just keep everyone.
