Recruiting Football Talk VIII

The hard part is weeding out the ones who bought more car than they could afford, thus didn't keep up with maintenance...
Always take a mechanic to look at a car. I grew up dirt poor farmer, that makes you become your own mechanic. In my time, I have driven junk that no one else could keep on the road.
I believe that buying a brand new car is one of the single worst financial decisions one can make. I make a car payment to myself every month and pay cash. Not long ago I bought a truck, probably my last, for $45,000. Very low miles and might as well be brand new and some other sucker took the deprecation hit.

OK, the fact you said sirloin discredit your entire post. I was willing to write it off as different preferences, but the sirloin inclusion means you just really haven't ever done a side by side.
worked in restaurants half my life, serving, cooking, prepping, eating.

well marinated sirloin is much better than ny strip. i've tried, even at nice restaurants. not my jam

Is this the origin story of @nicksjuzunk?

Better a pyrhon than other snakes. They don’t have teeth or fangs in the traditional sense but a mouth plate. We kept one as kids and I was once bitten by it trying to extract it from a RC car it had gotten into. It hurt a small amount but didn’t draw blood. Still any snake or spider in the toilet is an unhappy affair.

I know the bread line culture of Russia has caused them to spout this kind of propaganda to convince the masses that their marinated sirloins are high end, but it's not that way over here!

Honestly talking about marinated steaks at all is kind of telling. I really think if you did a blind side by side with a well prepared strip, you'd prefer it to a sirloin.

Then you have to go through the hassle of finding someone to sell it to you at market price and buy it at market price. Physical commodities just aren't my thing, but I do think there's potential there for those so inclined.
I was going to buy a few ounces last week..the reputable dealers all seemed to want about $125-135 per Oz over the market price, and most reputable buyers would give you about the same under the market price...so I didn't do it.

I don't know where you could buy or sell it at market value.
