OK, listening to the 'Hooker' this morning regarding losing another highly valued portal target on the OL to Oregon. We also lost the one to LSU. Concerns about the portal? Could be Heupel being smart about choosing where the money is spent, or maybe just not enough money. I know we've discussed our NIL a lot.

How do we lose something we never had?

It would be one thing if we led for them or they were committed at some point, but that isn’t the case. They were just guys we were interested in.

Georgia went to Final Four the year after Wilkins went pro. The team was led by Terry Fair and Vern Fleming at PG...Hugh Durham's best coaching job at Georgia..

Banks is your average coach, his position group he coaches is awful. Rush 4 banks. Is what it is. Hopefully see some offensive changes. Bring in an actual OC and good OL coach that can secure talent. Receivers have also been awful

Brothers and sisters, I am asking that you please take a little time out of your day to think of my daughter's good friend Ellie. She's been friends with her since they were 3 and they are 20 now. Ellie was recently diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma and her PET scan revealed it is already at Stage 4 and has spread to her spine, arm and leg. This young lady has been to my home many times and my daughter has also been to hers. Her family are great people and this is devastating and heartbreaking for all of us. Anything positive you can send will be mightily appreciated. She is at St. Judes, so we know she will get the best care possible. Thank you.

If you go to an auction and the bidding gets too high on the thing you’re interested in so you pass did you “miss out” on it? Recruiting now feels like it’s about whether it’s worth the price rather than convincing someone to come to your school.

Good analogy. We never know the prices either. We do overpay though so that kind of sucks too. We do need better recruiting IMO.

Back when we were a cellar dweller with no hope in sight, I always wondered if people would still piss and moan endlessly if we started winning 10+ games again. Now I know.

Will Brooks was in a tie for 2nd most INTs in SEC with 4. Lead the SEC in INT return yards with 152, tied for 2nd in SEC in INT TDs with 1

2nd on team in total tackles with 59, 3rd on team with pass deflections at 5 and his 4 TFLs were highest of any secondary player on the team as well.

SEC stat rankings as a team we finished the year 5th in completion % given up 58.8%, 5th in completions given up a game with 17.2, 5th in passing yards given up per game with 189.3, tied for 2nd fewest passing TDs given up a game at 0.8

And only 3 teams threw for over 250 yards against us on the season, (all 3 were losses too) Arkansas with 297, Ohio State with 317, Georgia with 347 all 3 games were all true road games as well.

I'm not sure what your definition of terrible is, but it's wrong.

I grew up on here arguing with Hatvol about his sure thing coaches. He might have been slightly more right on a couple hypotheticals, but was equally wrong. I will not be sucked back into those turf wars. I am not 100% happy, but I am not willing to scrap a good thing when I see it either. Imagine if OSU fans had their way after the latest MI loss. Lol
