But sure ignore facts and pick and choose cases to support your weak argument.

Bottom line.

Upgrade is an upgrade, be it player or coach.
You replace one with a better one and it works out.

This. You don't just keep shooting. Drive to the basket. Run a play for him for 10 foot jumper. Do something other than toss up bricks over and over. Mix it up, then go back to tossing up 3s.

I don’t think he’s terrible or great.
I’d say he’s good considering his lack of experience when hired.

I also don’t think it would be to incredibly difficult to find someone just as good if he left.

Of course it’s always possible to find someone worse also.
