Ribeye, T-Bone, porterhouse, NY strip, flank steak…sirloin is good if you’re grinding it up for hamburger.

Filets are steaks cut from the tenderloin. So all filets are tenderloins, but not all tenderloins are filets.

They are the exact same unless you are cutting “the tail”. Which isn’t a cut for steaks lol

I think Jell is 100% derived from the made up word jello and wouldn't exist as a word if the brand were called gel-o. I'd be surprised if "jell" is found in writing prior to the brand Jello becoming popular.
