I’m sure coaches have their reasons but I wonder why we are so deadset on taking another RB especially with the portal after this season? We have Sampson, Seldon, Bishop, Lewis, Keith + Baker coming in. I guess they see a couple leaving. Need to land a big time RB next class for sure.
Nah, brisket ain’t that hard. It’s just a process. Trim, season, smoke, wrap, 202°, meat rest, burnt ends (for the point), eat. It’s easy with a pellet smoker. I’ll take my worst brisket I’ve done over a well-marbled ribeye. It’ll still melt in the mouth, has more smoke flavor, and as much or as little seasoning as you want.The beat brisket ever...maybe? But brisket is so dang hard to get perfect, rib eye is so dang hard not to get perfect.

ARod is my current qb, Dobbs and D Jones as backups. Chubb’s injury scares me but my second RB right now is Herbert/Johnson tandem from Chicago. Bad shape in RB
