No doubt most college coaches work harder than pro coaches. Pro coaches rely on the GM to just pay for what they think they need. College coaches have to recruit to the school and then watch out for poachers. GBO

For years, I thought he was just saying "speculating about a hypothesis" with a funny little pronunciation of "speculating" thrown in. Then on another rewatching I realized he was pronouncing "hypothesis" as "hyprophesis" which is just such a little Coen touch.

A well-smoked brisket is better than a prime steak to me. Would select a juicy brisket over any cut of steak 10 out of 10 times.

The beat brisket ever...maybe? But brisket is so dang hard to get perfect, rib eye is so dang hard not to get perfect.

Also talking a day long process...if not more.

Versus 2 hrs in the sous vide and a quick sear. Perfection every time. I guess an overnight dry brine if you really want to go ham.

The first kick off of the season will be soon as we know. Hype and excitement will be off the charts. Each season is a unique journey of highs and lows, but I cannot wait to see how it goes in all of the major sports now. We clearly have the best athletic department in America. The best of times to be alive and a Vol fan is now.

I am dedicating the season to our head cheerleader. Miss you, Sweet. Do what you can up there to make the ball bounce right.
