1. Can he call a good game?
2. Can he relate to today's players?

Wrong. His WAR (Wins Above Replacement) is 6th all time among HOF shortstops and better than Derek Jeters.

I fully realize most people will say... Wut?

Ehhhh….WAR is one stat, but definitely not the be all-end all stat.

I’d take Jeter over any other shortstop, minus maybe Ripken.

Ozzie is in my top 15 SS….just not the greatest that most think. JMO. Plus I liked Garry Templeton better anyway

I recently heard about this young adult novel in which Schrodinger's cat and Pavlov's dog team up for a cross county adventure.
So I headed on down to the library to see if they had a copy for my 10 year old daughter.

The librarian said that my description rang a bell but she wasn't sure if it was there or not.
