I wish the Lions would trade Hooker but I know they won’t. Tons of teams out there that need a QB and I think Hooker could be a starter elsewhere but he’s just going to sit behind Goff because he’s one of the better backups.

Such a hard team to predict. But I kept wondering why the spread was so low.

They did win 10 games...then 13 last year. But a lot of turnover too.

We'll see...if this was a UT game...aka I was thinking respectfully and rationally...I'd say this was one half of a 26+ half season, so it's utterly ridiculous to conclude anything at this point. Nor is the X-factor of flying to Ireland helping make a solid case either direction.

Not that hard to predict for me bc no one holds me to predictions so I’ll do it:

They lost a ton and DJ U is their QB. They had zero chance of being elite. Unlikely to be great. If nothing falls apart along the way they can be good (8-4).

Congrats and great video. Got me interested to read it and I'll probably buy for my 12 year old daughter. She loves to read, loves history and hypothetical alternative outcomes from historic events/conflicts.

She also wants to be an author and her 7th grade advanced literature teacher is really helping to stoke that fire. I liked him as soon as I met him; waxed handlebar mustache, X-men and LOTR posters in class and encouraged me to buy her a copy of their main projects on "A Raisin In The Sun" and Hemingway's "The Old Man & The Sea". It's mind blowing to me. I'll never understand it. You look at how many points are scored at the end of the half, there's no way you can convince me the offenses just work better in the last 2 minutes of halves. Just play your normal defense that's been stopping them all game and your odds of stopping them are MUCH higher!

I don’t know that it’s a guarantee anywhere, but IMO the places that have QB issues and don’t have a franchise guy like Goff where Hendon could challenge for QB1 would be the Panthers and Giants for sure. I think he’d start at either place.

Teams where I could see him starting but would be less certain and are the Commanders, Saints, Raiders, and maybe the Titans or Patriots.

First game and all, but FSU outside of that last drive hasn't been very impressive.

Speaking of that last drive...wtf? Pressure and 4 man fronts have been working all day. So of course they change it at the most important part of the game.
