I don't think Luka's a great piece to build around long term. He's poorly conditioned and plays zero defense. He's nothing more than a stat padder. I'd rather build around someone like Anthony Edwards if I were the Lakers. Luka is better than nothing but I don't think he's leading the Lakers to a golden age in the future.

I mean he 25 and a perennial MVP candidate plus he put butts in seats for the next decade. Great business move if nothing else for the Lakers.

I don't trust Rob Pelinka to build a winner around him anyway. Pelinka is trash.

Disagree. Mavs won this trade. AD is actually a two-way player. Plus he's a better fit with Kyrie. Luka is a ball dominant no defense playing guard. The white James Harden. I don't think you're winning championships with him as your leader. He's also out of shape and constantly injured.

Mavs are now a legit championship contender with AD and Kyrie.

Agree to disagree over the long term. AD will remain injury prone and is 6 years older. I love this trade for LA. LeBron dishing and Doncic hitting 3s. Gotta find more big bodies now

For such a low proof it didn't have the complexity of the Weller.

Elmer T is similar to Blanton's IMO.

We also did a JT Stagg against a EH Taylor barrel proof.

If you’re trading for the long run, don’t think you go for a fat guy who likes to eat fries.

Did I miss where Ant was offered in a trade? Hard for me to imagine the T-Wolves are shopping him. Luka, surprisingly, was shopped by the Mavs.

They’ve already played together. They were both all stars. Demar had arguably his best season of his career with Lavine

Lebron and Wade co-existed. Curry and Durant co-existed. Westbrook and Durant co-existed and the list is endless. Lebron is a play maker that elevates his teammates
