Don't see the Vols losing Saturday. I think we're a bad matchup for them. We're liable to hold them under 50pts unless they get hot from deep. But it's going to be a block party imo.

Agreed if it happens. He’s an elite athlete by nfl standards. I’m sure the combine will prove it. The right team will make him a multi year pro bowler. I’d love to see him end up with a team that knows how to use him. A great team could trade up. Baltimore, Philly, KC, Buffalo, Detroit, Washington will all be needing an edge/end player. Chargers, Green Bay, 49ers, Jets, pats could all be great landing spots for him. I just don’t want him to get lost at a team that’s a mess on defense.

What is this? Never heard an issue out of Pearce, but it's on NFL draft Reddit and Walter football as well as a few other places.

They are quoting an anon source from a playoff team and no other source. What is a potential benefit a playoff team with a late 1st round pick has by starting a rumor that a player that has never had on or off-field issues - and who was projected by many as an early-to-mid 1st round pick - has "serious" character issues?

Trading up to 10-15 way easier than trading into top 10. Personally I think he’s a top 5 player that gets taken top 10 only because the worst teams are gambling it all on QBs.

Do your jobs and beat the worst 2 SEC teams in the middle of that.

We also benefit in that Houston has to play at least Iowa State and Texas Tech still. And if Duke drops another game they can fall to a 2.
