Eh. Having worked in corporate America for 20 years, lots of people doing poorly at their jobs somehow manage to keep them.I mean, I guess I don't other than the fact they've been professionals within an organization for 15-20 years. So, I'd assume they must be pretty good at what they've been doing. The success or failure of the team is not on them.
True they're only a small part of a team's success though. If they started cleaning house at the top where the decisions are made and also cleaned house at the lower levels it would make more sense instead of JUST cleaning out the little people.
