Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Eh. Having worked in corporate America for 20 years, lots of people doing poorly at their jobs somehow manage to keep them.

True they're only a small part of a team's success though. If they started cleaning house at the top where the decisions are made and also cleaned house at the lower levels it would make more sense instead of JUST cleaning out the little people.
Seconded. It’s amazing how incompetent folks are retained year after year.

I mean, I guess I don't other than the fact they've been professionals within an organization for 15-20 years. So, I'd assume they must be pretty good at what they've been doing. The success or failure of the team is not on them.
Yeah I'd be more inclined to believe leadership is random and idiotic in an organization like the titans than the equipment guy who was there for the music city miracle being a festering drag on team success.
Totally different too than a mass downsizing based on bloat. Seems like Brinker is simply trying to control everyone at all levels. Not my team, but seems random.

According to ESPN only 35k of us actually...

JuJu getting hurt for USC might derail mine now though, had them going a long way.
Worry not about USC.

Now, how far do you have Pretty Kim and Co. going? This is the only metric you'll be judged on at your Moran Tribunal.
