I will say, the PR behind this is very damaging for Nico and his team. Whoever calling the shots couldn't imagine this level bad press behind these decisions.

Regardless, until/if he hits the portal, there is time to make this right. I'm going to wait and see what happens.

UT should be weighing all options at this point tho.

I wouldn't play Nico in the O&W game no matter what he says now. You can't rely on him to be here at this point. O&W snaps for Merklinger will be important.

That was a real scumbag kind of scheme right there. And they probably already had it in the works to leave anyway. This is my opinion only: I don't believe they thought that Tennessee would cave and pay the $4M. If they did, they FAFO.
