He's playing the strong side DE, just like he did here. So I don't think that was the real issue. I think he just wanted more NIL money, and they didn't want to give it to him because we had multiple Tyler Baron's in the depth chart right behind him.

Hope Heup has his eyes on this sophomore QB at Sevier County High, Cooper Newman. Good size already for a soph at 6'3" and 190 lbs, Mobile, quick release, can sling it with accuracy. Somebody to watch.

I hope he has his eye on Graham Simpson, Ty’s little brother at Martin Westview, he’s starting and playing good ball for a freshman
