A&M will be at best 7-5 with losses to Texas, Mizzou, LSU and at least one of Arkansas/Auburn.

ND will have several close calls even with their pitiful schedule (but probably end up winning them in typical ND fashion). New December tradition will be watching a 5-8 seeded ND team losing at home in a first round playoff game to the 4th best SEC team.

Notre Dame has never really played a tough schedule. Since they’re independent for the most part, they pick and choose who they play. I have zero respect for ND. If they make the playoffs, they’ll get blasted as usual.

I wish they were; that way ND could take the ACC guaranteed playoff slot without taking up an additional slot instead.

From the SEC, ND plays TAMU (#20). From the B1G, Purdue (unranked), Stanford (unranked), USC (#23) From the ACC, Louisville (unranked), GT (unranked), FSU (#10 and about to drop), UVA (unranked).

As everyone enjoys each UF loss the likelihood that Kiffin is their next coach increases. Just something to think about.

However, Kiffin’s record in big time games still isn’t great. We’ll find out more this season.
