if the receivers don’t block in our offense, they don’t playI watched a couple of different film studies post game and one highlighted the effort our WRs were giving on blocks. Every WR out there was blocking like Bru. The guy doing the breakdown said it was insane - you just don’t see WRs do that a lot.
Also, the RB play Mizzou used to beat the snot out of us is now in our playbook.
Site wanted me to pay, so I clipped a few lines for anyone else this happens to.Loading…

Man! What a bad look for uSC!
"[F]or the South Carolina people in here,... make sure these fans understand there was a lot of booing out there today.” OD Coach Rahne said.
The crowd thinned out a bit after the 40-minute weather delay in the second quarter, and scattered boos could be heard on and off during the game
The boos got louder after USC, which trailed 19-16, failed to convert on a third down and had to punt to ODU midway through the fourth quarter.
Most Gamecocks fans ... carried over some frustration ... coming off a 5-7 season and missed out on a bowl game.
"Winning is hard," Beamer said.
I took my Gen Z daughter to a Green Day concert on Friday and at 9:30 she said she had heard most of the songs she wanted to hear and wanted to know if we could go ahead and leave. She had to be at work early on Saturday. I didn’t object because I was getting up early to drive to Knoxville, but the juxtaposition between what I would have wanted to do at her age and what she was thinking about was incredible.Gen Z doesn’t drink much. They came of age during a pandemic and have no money. I read an article about what they do for fun compared to other generations and in short they don’t have fun. Their parents track their cells, surveillance is everywhere and even pizza costs a fortune. It’s actually sad.
I have the feeling that there’s going to be hell to pay when they hit their mid life crisis.I took my Gen Z daughter to a Green Day concert on Friday and at 9:30 she said she had heard most of the songs she wanted to hear and wanted to know if we could go ahead and leave. Some loser just called in to the Erik Ainge Show to complain about a spanish broadcast option. Imagine being mad about trying to get more people into Vols Football.
If you start your call "I know this might come off as sounding a little racist" you should probably not say it over the airwaves
