I basically broke even with a $140 Vols win and I hedged USC in a parley last night. LSU, OSU, and Oregon cost me about a grand in winnings off $15 in parleys. FSU to win and cover -16.5 at home. The Bill O’Brien factor does provide some pause and think on covering the spread though. Might have to hedge that one2-1
Taking Boston College tonight vs FSU. B.C. is +17.5.
No faith in FSU covering that big of a spread.
I never place bets on Tennessee Volunteers in college game or Dallas Cowboys in NFL. Just a personal rule I have. Im already invested emotionally with both teams and if I bet on them it intensifies.
I think we have 2-4 guys who can be what Hyatt was, just which one steps up. Game 1 it's Thornton. Maybe one of the others will step up if he has an off game.Re watching the game and if Thornton can be our Hyatt I think we may actually be unstoppable on O

I think anyone with an ounce of common sense knows they cheated their rectums off.I am not one for conspiracies, but, all of the coincidences with the “color coated” wrist bands, previous SC offense performances, the points given up by Tennessee in all previous, the purported pic of the guy with a ticket to Tennessee v. Kentucky, it certainly is believable and makes a lot of sense.
I've got something in common with them. I can't stand gringos either.Mexico City.
There's a huge anti-Gringo movement in Latin countries among some locals. Just goes to show that racism breeds among the poor and uneducated. When we feel powerless and can't think clearly enough who/what to blame, we tend to go for the low hanging fruit.

The powers that be have taught us to point to foreigners and people of a different color since they discovered the Americas. The one time we all stood together (Bacon’s Rebellion) sent so much fear down the spines of colonial powers that they doubled down on making sure we never got along again.Mexico City.

I do think we're unstoppable. We're gonna force a lot of teams into trying to have a shootout with us, but they'll lose every time because our defense is a lot better.
I'm convinced that every team on our schedule is dreading Tennessee week.
After this season, will BVS go away for good like it has in baseball?
Nobody in CFB can stop our offense consistently. Our O is loaded. We have dudes at every position. The options they have to move the ball and score are amazing. I get bored watching most other teams' games.
We now have developed talent with depth across the board on D. Get enough stops and score 45+ every game. Time for DC Banks to step up. That's the last step to elite other than getting B'ham to not cheat through the officials.
2022 results should have told folks something. 2023 went as it did because of Milton and a lack of developed talent at a number of positions due to all of the transfers out as Heup came in and the NCAA restrictions. That has been overcome.
Ignore the noise, enjoy every game, let Heup and staff take care of the rest.
Did they play Sassafras Roots?I took my Gen Z daughter to a Green Day concert on Friday and at 9:30 she said she had heard most of the songs she wanted to hear and wanted to know if we could go ahead and leave. She had to be at work early on Saturday. I didn’t object because I was getting up early to drive to Knoxville, but the juxtaposition between what I would have wanted to do at her age and what she was thinking about was incredible.
Since 2019, fear has become a badge of honor for some. Combine that with the new power of victimhood and that's what you get. After this season, will BVS go away for good like it has in baseball?
