Hilarious how simple and obvious it is to create a current NCAA Baseball ranking. Wonder what team looks best if you just look at statistics/analytics.....oh, look UT and it's not close. Wonder what team looks best if you just look at end results/scores of their games.....oh, look UT and it's not close. Wonder what team passes the eye test.....a few others are up there but UT definitely passes the eye test. Wonder what team brought in an elite transfer/high school recruiting class.....a few others are up there but UT was definitely an elite class. Wonder what team is the defending National Champs.....looks like it was UT.


So looking at all that who should we rank #1? Let's go with LSU. Idiots. Personally I like it. I think it just adds fuel to the players and coaches that they are being shown some disrespect. But it is hilarious how obvious it is and yet the voters can't figure it out.

Was watching a NF show few weeks back with my girls. Heard a cartoon voice, and thought. Wow, that's strange. That sounds like exactly like Winnie from Wonder Years.

Little googles later. Sure enough. She owns a company that advances science and math for young kids, ladies specifically. Thought that was pretty cool.

Really seems like we always get the short end, better overall record than Bama and own the Head to Head....but they leap frog us after going 1-1 the same week we go 1-1.

But a few folks in the Basketball forum have been speculating since we lost to Ole Miss "they'll put us in Duke's bracket regardless" and sure starting to seem that way. But the buzz seems to be they'll try to put us in a geographical bracket that makes the most sense, so East or South are most likely whether we're the #5 overall seed or not.

Unless we win the SECT and get the 4th 1 seed I think we're stuck in Duke's bracket. The biggest confusing part is why Michigan State wasn't put in the Midwest and Bama in the South.
