Only in the sense they could've called illegal touching, which I think was a good no call because you could argue he was pushed out. Either way, the announcers totally blew the explanation. Since illegal touching wasn't called on the field, it was irrelevant to the replay official. He did reestablish position in the field of play, which is all the matter to the replay official illegal touching wasn't called on the field.

Dickerson should be thrown out of the game for that cheap shot late hit. How is it that players can be going as hard as they can and in the speed of the game make a hit that’s determined as targeting and get ejected, but a player who clearly makes a late and dirty hit with the intention of hurting someone not get thrown out???
