Only in the sense they could've called illegal touching, which I think was a good no call because you could argue he was pushed out. Either way, the announcers totally blew the explanation. Since illegal touching wasn't called on the field, it was irrelevant to the replay official. He did reestablish position in the field of play, which is all the matter to the replay official illegal touching wasn't called on the field.
You are not thinking about this from a Birmingham alabubba way of thinking. They were trying to say he was out therefore illegal touching, but they couldn’t because it wasn’t called.
