I hope the SEC had a better angle than the one we saw on Warriors Int return for TD. That call could have cost us millions in bowl money should we lose to Missouri. Similar to call against Vandy under Butch where there was no visible evidence of spot but they overturned it anyway. Cost us a bowl game.

Warrior was out man. It was the right call.

sadly the throw was there if even a decent throw was made. That duck was inexplicably bad Thus the risk of playing an otherwise very dynamic player at qb. And I think Eddie went gunshy after that, for good reason.

A real QB would of toasted us there lol. However, we also would have been playing differently with a real QB in the game. That throw was horrendous lol.

Can we just ditch replay if they can’t consistently use the same standard? While Warrior “may” have stepped out, you couldn’t tell. How does that get reversed? It’s ridiculous.

Also, we get penalized at the end of the first half when the UK defender rips off Callaway’s helmet. Callaway dove another 6 yards, but they called it dead when it happened. Those 6 yards may have allowed Pruitt to try a FG instead of a Hail Mary. How is that fair that we get penalized for the defender ripping it off?

Can you imagine if he kept his feet and scored only to have a face mask stop the play?

NCAA apparently has "24-angle" shots of all play. TV feels like maybe a third of that. I've seen where NFL on ESPN has ones that track above the sidelines. We needed to see one of those shots last night.

Should of been a 15yd penalty. Dude didn’t just rip it off he was grasping the facemask while ripping it off.

I was glad Alontae didn’t get a Targeting Penalty. Bowden literally ducked his head into Alontae’s on that play. I was sitting there screaming at my phone that it wasn’t targeting

I think the rule should only be helmet to helmet (Blatant) and either Shoulder to head or Helmet to helmet to a defenseless player. That would fix a lot of it.

Thank goodness we won. If not the narrative Today would have been about a really really bad plan by Chaney. Only 17 pts against the leagues second worse rush defense with only 14 carries going to the RBs. Just a very poor plan for Chaney last night

Disagree. I believe Maurer just wasn’t choosing the run on the RPOs. I believe that was the biggest reason he was pulled from the game. When JG came into the game we had to throw the ball so we didn’t rush as much.

Maurer looked like he shrunk since his last game. He looked barely 180lbs.

Maurer looked like he shrunk since his last game. He looked barely 180lbs.

Honestly think HB if he grasps the playbook fast enough and shows he can take care of the ball is the starter next year. He is already a big kid. They are just going to tone him up. He is the prototypical size for a QB.
