We have a good bit of potential coming back next year at WR.

Gibbs
Palmer (if he stays)
BJohnson
Keyton
Tillman
Means

Keyton and Tillman have both flashed at times this year. We know that BJohnson can play and Gibbs as well. The question is, will they be the grown men that JJ and Calloway have been this year. I think they can, but we will have to wait and see.
If he stays?

Based on scoring defense rankings per the NCAA stats website.

4 - Utah
29 - Washington
34 - California
42 - LSU
44 - Arizona State

Will also play 13 ranked Oregon in the PAC-12 championship game.

I'm sure you'll be dismissive, "it's the PAC-12" or something, but LSU isn't an elite defense. We rank higher than them in scoring defense even at 36th. They've given up 23.5 PPG to opponents, have given up a lotta points to opponents you wouldn't expect either.

Vandy scored 38
Ole Miss scored 37
My point was that week in, week out, they have not faced the level of defense that LSU has. I do hope Utah gets in because it keeps Bama out. I did not say that LSU's defense was elite. I said that Ohio State's defense was elite. I said LSU's was "strong." That may have been too strong a word. Let me just say that I hope Utah gets in so we can see how good their defense really is and how good their QB really is.

You should see the poor dog's face.

Last night's game was Fugly against UTC--- sure hope they were just going through the motions and practicing for the end of the week. FL St is a lot better than folks think. We shoot like last night and they will run us out of TB...
So I read where the Uruguay stud is taking the SAT next month and could come in by Jan.... does this mean he could play instantly and help us out the second half of the season? #FreeUros

Yes he can play in January if all goes well

Imo Barnes won’t play him though

Right...oddly enough I just have a feeling Auburn shows up to play and prevents there from even being a debate about Alabama in the top 4.

That sucks....those mirrors are not cheap. Glad you're ok.

Wish I could remember the numbers but some really bored fellow, a few years back, looked up what it would cost to rebuild a car from the frame up, using only factory parts.

Honestly can't remember the outcome but basically dude would be driving around in a $980,000 (random figure) Ford Focus.

I’m going to eat like a champ Thursday then maybe email him when I wake from my coma next week.

Good thing is I don’t have a lot of weight to lose and I really just want to tone up a bit. So hopefully it won’t be too hard of a game plan for him.

Ideally Barnes won't need to play him, but I also think you don't work to get eligible unless you plan to and want to play. And Barnes isn't the type to sit kids unless he has to, if he puts the work in he'll have his chance to see the court.

She called me a square. I figured she had to be around 80 because she is a Missouri Women’s BB fan but now she confirmed it.

Meemaw needs to focus more on not breaking hips and less about our football program.
Speaking of Meemaw, we need Peepaw to make a return. I can't even remember his user name, dang it.

In a perfect world everyone on the OL & DL returns next season.

We'll be close, I think Trey is the only potential loss right now. I think Kennedy returning to get another year is smart, he's likely not going to be drafted and may not get a great shot at playing in the NFL. So try to get another year of SEC ball and position yourself for life after football with a masters or graduate degree, I'm sure he could also move into a GA role.

yeah, it'll depend on him and how quickly he acclimates. the kid looks to have some real skill, and if he can develop w/in the team framework, he'll play. if he doesn't, he won't.....

so if he doesn't play, it'll just have more to do with continuity and chemistry than any inference on his skill level or Barnes' level of stubbornnes....

Getting him eligible to practice might be the goal as that would be extremely valuable for next year when Turner and Bowden are Gone

Imo Barnes is so dang structured with guard play I don’t see this kid being able to jump right into the fray in SEC play. That’s asking a lot imo

Except every single one of your posts is in this thread....

I'm sure you're a sweet lady, and Missouri is happy to have you donate. But why are you in a recruiting thread for the football team to "play nice" on the womens b-ball side?
Makes the best oatmeal cookies this side of the Platte River! Simply got disoriented from last night’s Wild Turkey and exited the bus at the wrong stop without lifting her head from knitting Scooter Bob’s scarf!
