Said differently, kid can't even tie his damn shoes, but he can throw for over 400 yards and lead us to bowl eligibility.

Glad we have Maurer on the team. Kid seems to have a great personality and definitely someone you want in the locker room. Bailey might turn out to be the real deal and pass him on the depth chart in the future, but I hope he sticks around. We could have some serious quality depth at QB next year.

By no means shocking but still, "good grief, some of our fans".

Someone in the FF, stating publicly, that he witnessed/knows Pruitt did the former medical staff dirty and is guilty of the accusations.

And it's a mod🤦‍♂️ wonder if the rumor rule is enforced?

You can make an argument that what Pruitt did actually protected his student athletes. While I didn't want to admit it at the time, the prior staff/medical staff were doing a horrible job. If you ask Kirkland, 90% of his problems were under Butch. So, something had to change. While they didn't change the contract with the group of doctors, they changed the actual doctors. Now, we have limited injuries. Tell me how that is NOT good for our players.

Absolutely ridiculous reporting with no knowledge of the entire situation.

VN with the collective Fahr Friend! when we give up the safety.

Nah, it's not on Friend, here's how the safety happens:

We're up 92-3 late in the 4th and drive down to Vandy's 1 yard line. Even though we've dialed up a dive to punch it in, right before the snap Guarantano looks over at the sideline TV camera and winks, the goes over the middle on a keeper and coughs up the ball. Vandy's linebacker scoops it up and returns it 99 yards but doesn't score because Jennings thinks to himself, Aw hell no, we ain't giving up no damn TD! and by force of will alone, actually flies through the air the length of the field and snags the ball away from the Vandy LB at the one yard line and falls into the end zone. It's ruled a safety and Pruitt bursts three blood vessels lighting up the officials and screaming that it should be down at the one but but the officials, after a lengthy discussion and replay review and best of 3 rock-paper-scissors, rule it a touchback with some garbled explanation about how his momentum carried him into the end zone without establishing himself in the field of play because of the whole flying thing.

Or something like that.

I hope he bulks up and takes the job next year. Kid is a great teammate and competitor. It’s infectious to the team.

UT led the nation in starters lost to injury the year before Pruitt arrived. Changes were made; lost starts went down. The team is healthier.

So... maybe changes needed to be made. Current players aren't complaining. And Kirkland shouldn't be, either.
I'm guessing Kirkland was one of those that didnt buy in to the coaching staff. Whether it was on off the field.

Im all for the hype with Gibbs, but we have no idea what we’re getting there. Palmer is really really good we know that. BJ isn’t great, but he’s a good, solid receiver. I’m hoping Hyatt can contribute day 1 and that Keyton takes the next step.

I think DW starts immediately. He’s a freak. We need to land him
I bet the coaches know what they have in Gibbs

Kirkland was one of those players Butch allowed to decide how much he needed to work out and how hard he needed to practice. Pruitt was having none of that. He pushes and challenges every player. The ones who didn't want to be pushed left... and the entire team is stronger with everyone bought in.

I think Kirkland is being misinterpreted by the fans on this one. It didn’t seem like he was attacking Pruitt just peeved a little by the fact that his knee hasn’t recovered the way all the doctors told him it would.
