I’m basically down to the Masterbuilt digital or Bradley. With 3 small kids I like the idea of the Bradley self loading.

I’m patiently waiting till noon to pull my brisket and wrap. After reading the comments on here, I’m not sure I’ll get as good as results as the Bradley? That thing would roll some smoke and this masterbuilt doesn’t seem to be putting out much at all.
The Bradley would produce a wonderful bark coating!
I do like that the drip pan on the MB is on the outside however.

The Masterbuilt is sneaky in regards to smoke. I've over smoked numerous times thinking it wasn't getting enough. I add wood chips every 1/2 For the the first two hours and then stop. Usually that's enough smoke for my taste.
