Lived there 2006-2008. Sh*thole. St. Augustine is nice.
I was actually in Mayport, but figured that was close enough. My dad's last duty station before retirement. I liked it, but again, that was the '80's. A different time.

Honestly none of these hires scare me:

- Kiffin will recruit well and it may impact us negatively just a bit. However, Kiffin can't stay out of his own way. He will screw things up one way or another eventually.
- Pittman is a solid coach, but has zero HC experience. Wasn't even the OC for UGA last year even though they literally just had an opening. He also may recruit well but he has a HUGE hole to climb out of. Also super excited he has left UGA.
- Drinkwitz could be solid, but you truly are rolling the dice there. No proof of recruiting. His biggest claim is he took over a really solid App State team and didn't let them fall apart. We really don't have a body of work to make a decision one way or the other.

All three of these hires were risky. Ole Miss should of went all in (overpaid) for Norvell, Arky should of hired Bill Clark, and Mizzou should of kept Odom.

42-24 Vols

I’ll say they will score because that offense is different. Fortunately we have a defensive minded coach who will shut that ish down eventually.

They will not be able to stop us at all

We have three weeks to prepare
We better come out and shut that **** down right off the bat. They don’t have speed, our defense should eat their ass all day
Offense will score but we will keep airing it out after halftime to get Jennings some play

Hope we win big, we should

Where have I knocked Fulmer? All I said was he wasn't all that well thought of as an OC here.
But that wasn’t the consensus...just yours and others who agreed with you. I thought he was very good at the job and the numbers back me up. If UT hadn’t made the move, he’d have been a HC the following season...most likely at Arkansas. Pittman hasn’t been a candidate ANYWHERE...so nowhere near the same situation.

Lol. Are you reading my post? I said just the opposite. I said I didn't take that stance. And it was more than just my circle of people. It was wide spread. I don't know if I would characterize it as most but there was a huge group of people that felt that way.

As to Pittman, he has more experience in many ways as he has worked for many more programs and has and is much older than Fulmer. It remains to be seen whether it turns out to be a good hire.
