The first time we went to Disney was when my daughter was four years oldā€¦ That is when frozen had just come out and she loved Anna. When she saw her, she ran to her and almost knocked her down hugging her. From that moment, I was fully sold on the Disney experience. It was one of those priceless moments, when you forget all about how much you pay to be there. 3 months later we became a DVC member, and have been 5 more times, and are going again in Feb.
Disney on Ice last month, F2 over weekend!

2 princesses were glowing. Makes you put aside all your personal feelings about Disney. Although those misgivings are clearly in back of my mind, i just do my best i guard them from it.

I would be interested in info on good hotels that donā€™t cost and arm and a leg, too. I saw that the ones near the stadium or two to $300 a night.
Iā€™ve got one booked near the airport right now for $100. I guess Iā€™d take an Uber to the game. Still 50/50 if I fly or drive.

Thatā€™s awesome! We are staying at Bay Lake and our room has a view of the Castle. We all were watching the fireworks show last night from our balcony. My daughter and nephew were loving it. Spent $60 a person for a buffet to see Cinderella and I would have spent Way more for how my daughter reacted last night. Iā€™m sure my wife will try to convince me to get a DVC soon...
If you want to be a DVC member, look at the discount ones. They are partial memberships. Much cheaper. I think ours was 27 years or something like that. If you are seriously interested, talk to me before you purchase. I can give you one huge tip that will save you a lot of money! We have stayed at Bay Lake too. Nice place. The fireworks at the castle looking out from your resort is pretty cool. Have you eaten at California Grill on top of the Contemporary? If not and you donā€™t mind spending a little for a nice dinner, then do it, and then watch the fireworks from their balcony. Very cool.

Good grief. It was MCB until something changed. The only reason to even poke fun of VQ is because they retweeted MCB after the change was announced.

Even the Taxslayer bowl couldn't find out and they're hosting the dang thing.

The schools and the bowls submitted a list of preferences and the SEC sorted it out. Gator and MCB both had UT #1. The SEC made the assignments for the pool of 6 bowls, putting UT in a less preferential bowl than UK, even though UK finished lower in the SEC pecking order. Changing that dominoed everything, since Louisville had already been slotted in the MCB and nobody wanted a UK-Louisville rematch. Nobody knew how it was going to end up, so it was all speculation until it was official.

I saw something that fulmer and Pruitt originally stated mcb as the preference but late pressure from boosters and fans lead them to change preferences fairly late in the process. So that's where the confusion came from. But ultimately it was up to fulmer to choose between the 2 and they did within the appropriate time frame. The articles that came out early was just bad journalism not waiting for confirmation.

I cant sit in the upper decks. Especially in Neyland. Feels like you're gonna fall.

The only good thing about nose bleeds in Neyland is if it rains, you wont get wet. But the clouds are in the way.

Had seats in DD years back, on about the 45. Great view, but really steep and uncomfortable...and yeah, kinda creepy feeling. Was able to move over the the Terrace a few years back, and we really like those. If you want to watch football, it's really hard to top it. Great view and very comfortable.
