If that's the case I'd contribute to a GoFundMe for a few posters around here.

I did the GoFundMe for one of our posters, who needed help, and now I get emails from GoFundMe all the time. I also gave some money to a political party and they won't leave me alone. It's a damn shame that it has to be that way.

I get being excited about it, but it makes no sense to buy tickets to a game before the participating teams have been announced.

The other side of that is that it appeared to be a done deal and the ticket prices were going up constantly during the two hour bowl show. It was just a crap shoot and given the information being reported and prices going up by the minute, it seemed like a sure thing. The funniest part of all this is that when Tennessee changed bowls the bottom fell out of the Music City Bowl prices. The best seats, in the lower bowl, went from $400 to $125 over night.
