After a 4 win year in a coaches 4th year, and despite firing an OC, uscjr signs a RB, QB, and WR rated higher their our guys at the respective positions.

Not UGA. Not Clemson. Not Bama.

uscjr.

It’s weird.

And I hate hate hate uscjr. So it bothers me.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The Muschamp era is unraveling and he should have been fired. He won't be able to do enough to save his job in 2020, so those guys will likely end up transferring out when he gets fired.

editors note : I like our class. I just wish uscjr had a dumpster fire class they probably should have considering the circumstances

Like this times 10,000!

Why would they do that? To buy one more (expensive) year to figure out whether to sign him or not?
They really aren’t in position to get one of the top picks and also, Jameis does a lot of good things too. You can do a lot worse than Jameis. I would give him another year in Bruce system and you’re not locked into to a long deal with someone you’re unsure of.

Only way to explain this is 💰. Doesn’t make sense otherwise. I’ve been told our recruiting class struggled because of a slow start. But we finished strong and whipped SCjr and they only won 4 games and have 2 five stars. Makes 0 sense

He dead.

Burch is teammates with muschamp’s kids and Hammond is coached by a former gamecock. Plus I think his mom is sick or something. Makes sense he stayed in Columbia

Plus 4 * DT Alex Huntley also plays at Hammond. Lynch is really the most surprising pull they had.

Still think they are going to have issues on the OL, but front 7 on d will be solid.

So yeah without Albright and adding Morven it's 0.8941

Now if you drop Miller/Williamson (the two I expect aren't making it in) and add Morven/Washington and exclude Albright it's .9031

Thanks. This is the kind of thing I was starting to look into, a specific recruit at a time. The calculator will not work for me today, tho.

Didn't mean to sound ungrateful towards Devo or Chavis, they didn't have respond at all. But I had something in particular in mind and usually you can just ask for a specific swap.

Also @chargervol fwiw if you ONLY count the signed players our average rating (including Albright) is .8924 instead of the .8886 247 shows when counting Miller/Williamson.

I think USC is top heavy and they benefit greatly from that playing time bitch that Butch used for a few classes. Helps that prior to this season Muschamp had made 3 straight bowl appearances and they've had some guys get drafted. I think he has to do better than 500 this year though to stay relevant.

Burch & Doty both right there in SC was huge for that class this year. And them being able to snag Lloyd as well, but they only have 6 prospects .9000 or higher, we've got 7 and are still in on quite a few more.

I joined this forum this summer, and one thing that has really stood out to me the most is the comraderie and fellowship you all have with each other and how much you genuinely care about anonymous people. It's awesome. It says a ton about the quality of people most of you are, and the forum itself. @Bassmaster_Vol I hope they figure out the problem soon. Praying for your family and the docs. It'll all be alright.
