This is not a neighborhood. This was a twenty acre farm, and my younger brother also owns five acres adjacent on this hill that he built a house on, and my baby sister and her husband (my wifes baby brother) also own 6 acres adjacent that they built their house on. There are three to four other families that own all the other old farmland surrounding my moms house. Hers is in the center at the top of the hill. Like I said there is at least a hundred, probably more like 200+ on this hill and another huge area of farmland across the road from here. A lot of the neighbors hunt, but by mutual agreement among all, nobody hunts these deer.

Sorry for the confusion about that.
sounds like an amazing setup!

You're way undervaluing Marino. I don't know how much you ever watched him play but the dude could thread a flying needle downfield off a lightning release. When he was working with good receivers like the Marks he was really hard to defend. He didn't need much of a window and he it was crazy to watch how quick he got the ball out once he decided to pull the trigger.
Quickest release in the history of the game. It seems he could fling the ball after holding it at waist height for 40 yards

Ah, man. You're one fortunate son of a gun
Just lucky to have the job I do, lol.
“Director of alcohol” for 16 liquor stores and 39 beer and wine stores.
Just scored another Pappy 20, have two now. Several george T stagg, William Larue, Elmer T Lee, birthday bourbon and other BTAC bottles.
I just donated a 2018 Bday Bourbon to a Christmas charity auction and it brought 5k for needy kids for Christmas.
Also might have one of my Pappy 20 yr sold for 2k to some sucker! Lol

If they are being "paid" than that makes them "employees" under federal and state law. You are over simplifying the situation.
When it comes to college football, most of your top players, are being paid under the table. From an educational standpoint, a free ride to a school like Tennessee has value upwards of $100,000. These players are taken care of.

Marino would translate to today's game if he was that age. Amazing. Bradyesque with a stronger arm. The only reason he did not win Super Bowls was their defense stunk most of the time.

Mich Ultra.

BGS acting like he didnt bring them cards and is teaching everyone how to play while bragging about how he was sponsored in a regional tournament in 2006 where he lost to the eventual champion in the first round but insists that he would have made it all the way.
I brought them! Just bought it. We gave up after set up. Will try again today.

Why not pay the coaches with college books, instant class action lawsuit if not an temporary injunction. Its not up to you to determine who is being taken care of, that is the job of the market.

You are oversimplifying the situation - you saying players are being taken care of is self-serving.

The game passed by Shula 20 years before he retired.

How is getting world class services self-serving?

He doesn't want to players to get paid like everyone else in society thereby throws out something that thinks solves the problem i.e. "paid via scholarship", he is only saying these things because they serve his own interest. If someone said he could only be paid in bubble gum, I'll wager a bet he would have an issue with it.

The way the schools are handling these high income sports is contrary to law, everyone knows it... politically nobody has been willing to do anything about it - that is changing.

You guys are way oversimplifying this, major changes will be coming.

Who is this everyone you speak of? You are making illogical comparisons to try and make your argument legit. Do you think top tier academic students should also be paid? Can you also source the laws that are being broken.

Lol...we love venison, and there is nothing unethical about hunting, but these deer are really more like pets of my folks and the
it's unethical, and illegal, to shoot deer in a neighborhood. To your point it is 110% ok and absolutely amazing to live off the land.

Goat show on NF is meateater. You'd like the host, he's an NRA member as well as a regular guest on NPR, big buddies with Joe Rogan.
Great podcast, too. Their cookbook is fantastic.

It's also important to remember that no wild animal is a pet, and they are not owned by the landowner. Held in public trust.
