Is everyone in agreement Graham would be an upgrade
Maybe but I think Johnson was doing a great job. But Graham would be a great get either way. Whether or not you feel the need to declare upgrade or downgrade. Similar to when rg replaced Graham in 2013. I'm not sure it was an upgrade but I don't think it was a downgrade necessarily.

Hoping Osovet gets a shot. Would love to see what a guy like him does being on road face to face with kids and think he also has nice potential to move up the ranks.
How long does Chaney plan on coaching. Like to see Osovet step up there if Chaney retires. It also would be nice if Osovet in the short term be given a title of Assistant OC or something similar. Hate to see Osovet leave for another program.

To which? Jmo, but both had their strengths. Sherrer seemed like a good position coach and close to Pruitt (staff chemistry shouldn't be dismissed), but meh recruiter. CDJ was a good position coach and good recruiter. Maybe not excellent at either, but certainly pulled his weight in each.

From the A&M board, they are split on Graham potentially leaving. Some think they can upgrade. Others like him and are blaming recent RB recruiting shortcomings on either Jimbo himself (apparently the main RB recruiter there) and crediting recent RB on-field success on him (Trayveon & Spiller).

Jmo, but maybe Graham's prowess will be better up here as well. Parents will know who he is.

Osovet feels like such an intriguing unicorn to me. Many of us heard and read about his exploits at the JUCO level. Then he came in and sat off-field for a couple years. Now some would like him as a position coach or more.

No one really knows if he can cut it at the D1 FBS level, but Pruitt or Chaney. Will just trust them, but if he starts flying up the ladder, I will be excited. He may not be proven at anything near this level, but I like that he brings something different, something fairly innovative, to the table. Team O!
