Was personally against the Nieds to ILB’s move at first due to preference for Kevin Simon teaching that position, but with Graham taking on ST’s this is the best way of keeping that recruiter AND finding a way to get Osovet on the field before we lose that coaching mind. Listening to Swain rehash an older interview with Pruitt, and his glowing assessment of Niedermeyer’s ability to coach all positions and especially his defensive mind? At peace.

You do remember the linebacker plays that stopped the Ravens 2-3 times on 4th down and Evans stopping the Patriots 3 times from the 1?? Without those plays they may not have made it past New England.
But yes, Evans missed a huge tackle on Mahomes to end the 1st half and swung momentum....

People only remember the last thing. Titans overachieved. They need some work if they want to get back there.

I remember them. I also remember those being the only good plays Evans had all Playoffs. Chiefs scored 2 TDs in a row because of Evans and that's what killed any chance of the Titans making the SB

Also, why did Jalen Johnson play so many minutes tonight? Did I miss someone being in foul trouble, or was there a match-up issue? He was a total liability on offense tonight.

Unless it wasn’t obvious already, our team’s overall defense is pretty good. Vescovi, on the other hand, is just not good at defending. Ball-you-man is not a concept to him.

He plays because he gives so much more effort on defense. Barnes loves guys who play defense.
