I have ideas floating around but haven’t put them to the test yet.

Frank’s makes a dry packet for a dip. I would start there and use fat free Greek yogurt

Im going to try and make some stuffed jalapenos for the Super Bowl. Instead of regular cream cheese I am going to try some with fat free cream cheese and some with no fat Greek yogurt see which is best. The macros should be similar I think

I do strength training 7-10 hours a week and get over 10,000 steps a day without cardio. I don’t think I qualify as physically lazy

I've had fried buffalo okra, that was legit delicious. Also one of the absolute best food trucks I ever had just stopped existing. Oinks & Cluckers so good... oh how I miss them.

I know old news, but man, Rocker needs to move away from recruiting or just hit the door. We are trending and this program is on the rise through a lot of hard work from the coaches and players...
We simply can't afford to have a weak link in recruiting right now, especially one that is tasked with DT's... maybe he is tired, or maybe his heart isn't in it, but right now it is more important than ever that we are maximizing every body we have on staff with recruiting.
We are now getting the attention of elite, high-tier talent, and I won't accept hearing we didn't get a kid because we barely spoke with him... if it is for other reasons, and they felt better with another school, then okay, but kids saying we weren't in contact enough is pathetic.

If you are referring to Hardy, he struggled with the truth. Probably best not to trash a coach on the word of a liar, especially not when his unit is performing as well as it is.

Wasn't someone saying that he may be planning on taking a off field role? Anybody know anything else about this?

Yes most of that may be true, but he has not done the work this cycle... #1 DT in the country who lives 3hrs away is openly saying he like us, but doesn't hardly ever hear from anyone...

2015 had Tuttle, McKenzie, Phillips, Butcher, and Darrell Taylor. On paper that was awesome. McKenzie should have been an OG, Tuttle, Phillips, and Butcher careers were set back by injuries.

We landed 2 of the top 25 DTs in the country according to 24/7...

I think you're just finding something to pick at for no good reason honestly. The DL had the most drastic improvement with the least returning experience, and now he's added even more without losing anyone to graduation or the draft.
