There are some really good players on this team. I don't think we will do much this year, but Barnes is putting together something special.

Yep, reminds me of a few years ago when Grant, Admiral, etc were young and learning and not impressing anybody. This team, with next year's newcomers, has the potential to be just as good if not better. Just have to stay at it, keep learning and jelling.

High fasting insulin = death from 10 things you don't want. Anything that drives fasting insulin is bad. High carbs are bad only if they drive up FI, but for many/most they do.

By the time high insulin shows up as high(er) glucose, it's been high for a while, and already driving disease processes you don't want.

It's absolutely a crime that most doctors don't monitor FI and encourage patients to change diet and lifestyle to keep it less than 6. It's so much easier when you are young, but hard sledding once insulin resistance has set in.

Insulin sensitivity generally increases exponentially as one loses body fat.
